Are you reading Search?  Have you read it?  Maybe you read it before and want to read it again.  Search is a novel by Michelle Huneven that tells the story of the year-long work of a search committee at a fictional UU church in Altadena, CA as the congregation searches for their next settled minister.  It’s a wonderful gift for a congregation like ours who is about to embark on our own ministerial search, to learn from their sometimes funny sometimes sad experience.  And it’s a fun, well written, and page-turning novel.
