I invite you to join me for a seven-week adult religious education class beginning Tuesday, September 10 titled, “The Bible in Its Own Words”.  We will read together the first two books of the Bible:  Genesis and Exodus.  You probably think you know the stories but will likely be surprised by what’s actually in the text.  As we read I’ll explain why the stories are so strange, who wrote them, when they were written, and what purpose they served for their original audience.  It’s Bible Study for Unitarian Universalists.  More information is included further down in this newsletter.
