Holy spirit

            That flows through all things

            That we experience as the highest and the best

                        The good, the true, and the beautiful

            Holy mystery behind and beyond all things

            Let us feel your presence

            Let us feel your compassion

            Let us feel your strength.

            Our world is so full of sorrow

                        Let us also feel your comfort

            Our world is so full of violence

                        May we also know your peace.

            So many lives are filled with hurting

                        May they know healing

            Our hearts are anxious

                        Give us your calm

            And as we feel your love

            May we extend that love

            Until love reaches every corner of our world

            Love touches every person

            Love fills every heart
