We are coming rapidly to the end of the church year.  I have one more sermon to give in my series about effective strategies for successful personal and social change – that will be this Sunday.  In June, we will have:  a Music Sunday (June 4); an RE Sunday (June 11) which will both look back and forward; a lay-led “Pride” service (June 18); and a Volunteer Recognition Sunday (June 25) which will also mark the 100th anniversary of the Flower Communion service, and will be followed by our Annual Meeting.

In July I’m planning a month that gives us some time for spiritual rest.  And in August we will focus on intention setting and preparing for the church year to come, beginning with our Ingathering service on September 10.
