I am off this Sunday.  In my absence the Worship Committee has arranged for a guest preacher, the Rev. Dr. Kikanza Nuri-Robins.  Information about her sermon is below.  I’m sure you’ll enjoy her preaching as well as the fellowship and music that we enjoy every Sunday morning.

There’s a lot going on at the church.  I hope you’ll take a few minutes to read through this newsletter thoroughly.  There are several special announcements as well as reminders of regular activities at the church.

And that gives me the opportunity to give a shout out to our Newsletter Editor, Terry Hassman who collects the articles for the newsletter and lays them out every week.  Thank you, Terry!  When Terry finishes her work she then passes on the newsletter to our Office Manager, Chadie Faust who formats the newsletter for this MailChimp service and schedules the newsletter to arrive in your mailbox every Saturday morning.  Thank you, Chadie!  It takes quite a bit of effort from both of these hard workers every week to keep us all informed this way.  I hope that you’ll add your personal “thank you” to mine the next time you see them.
